Holiday Club Katinkulta, the most versatile holiday resort in the Nordic Countries, is located in the Kainuu region in North Eastern Finland, Vuokatti.

The landscape of the region consists mostly of large areas of forest covered fells and lakes. Katinkulta provides you with the opportunities to enjoy Finnish nature and practically any kind of recreation with the whole family. Located just 3 km from Katinkulta, the Vuokatti ski center has 13 slopes that offer something for everyone, the cross-country and snowboarding tunnels are open in both winter and summer. In the hotel there are five indoor tennis courts, 6-alley Brunswick bowling, gym, the Children’s World, fat-bikes, gulf, sauna-yoga and many other all-year-around activities. In Vuokatti Adventure Park and Activity Super park are at your disposal!

The Tropical Spa of Katinkulta offers various spa activities for all ages. Enjoy the speed of waterslide or relax in jacuzzi or Sauna World. Pamper yourself with a massage after a day’s skiing or hiking and enjoy our wonderful body treatments and facials at Harmony Spa Wellness section.

The spa has more than 20 pools: an outdoor pool, jacuzzis, counter-currents, massaging showers, a fountain, and, of course, a waterslide. The little ones in the family will enjoy the kiddy pool and swimming mats, and there are swimmies available to use for their safety.

For the more athletic type, we have a 25-meter fitness pool. The spa’s Sauna World has four saunas: two steam saunas, a steam cave, and a traditional Finnish sauna, as well as a Roman spa for the adams and eves among our guests. Our smoke sauna is located next to the outdoor pool.

The Holiday Club Katinkulta sauna section has four Finnish saunas, two steam rooms, a steam cave and Roman baths. Another wonderful feature is the traditional smoke sauna, located adjacent to the outdoor pool.

The pool area at Holiday Club Katinkulta is truly spectacular. With more than twenty different pools, an outdoor pool, Jacuzzis, counter currents, massage jets, a fountain and giant water slide, there is always plenty to  do here – perfect for swimming, splashing around and just sitting back and relaxing. The little ones will enjoy the children’s pool complete with buoyancy aids.

Pamper yourself in Katinkulta’s wellness center, Harmony Spa. Loosen your muscles with a massage after a day outside; enjoy a bath or facial treatment.

Relax and enjoy in the Sauna World in Katinkulta Spa. Sauna World tickets are included in the spa price. Women and men have separated saunas, except the Smoke Sauna which is open to all and located next to the outdoor pool. While visiting the Smoke Sauna you can also enjoy the hot tubs.
